AIP Garlic Cilantro Chicken Thighs

  • 4 Tbsp coconut amino
  • 2 cloves garlic (or honey garlic)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp green onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 68 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • fresh chopped green onion and cilantro for garnish


  1. Pre-heat oven 350 F.
  2. In a bowl combine all ingredients, stir well and let sit 10-40 minutes. Depending on how hungry you are.
  3. Transfer to an oven safe dish and bake 35 minutes (165 F internal temp).
  4. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
