- 4 Tbsp coconut amino
- 2 cloves garlic (or honey garlic)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp green onion
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 6–8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- fresh chopped green onion and cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven 350 F.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients, stir well and let sit 10-40 minutes. Depending on how hungry you are.
- Transfer to an oven safe dish and bake 35 minutes (165 F internal temp).
- Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
- Prep Time: 12-40 min (depending if you want to marinate or eat ASAP)
