We've brought together a bunch of gluten-free recipes (below) to help with fueling social change.

Look After Your Wellbeing While Pushing For Change
It's been a heavy few weeks of discussions, frustration with governments, reading, listening, learning, campaigns for social change, and self-reflection.
Holley and I have both been feeling pretty drained, as most of us have. This is exhausting hard work. But necessary.
You probably know that I am really optimistic about the changes that will come from all the chaos in the world right now. From the beginning of the COVID-19 quarantine I have hoped for global systemic changes. I never would have guessed that social changes to systemic racism could be one of those changes.
I can’t wait to see what else comes up in 2020!
Self-Care Mutha F–ka!
We wanted to remind you of how important it is that you are looking after yourself and being compassionate with yourself through all of this. We love that you’re doing this hard work, but we also want you to be able to stay strong and healthy.
With all the stress present in the world today, your body doesn’t need to suffer.
Take breaks. Don’t avoid the issues and put your head in the sand, but do take much-deserved rest times. Meditate. Get in nature. Connect with friends. Laugh. Enjoy eating nutritious food mindfully. Get good sleep. Exercise.
…All the things that we know make us feel healthier and better able to take on the world.
Healthy eating is always an important part. Use food to fuel anti-racism.
BTW, “Self-care mutha f–ka” is what Holley and I tell each other when we're not looking after our own wellbeing. #SelfCareMF
