- Sprig fresh basil
- 2–6 slices of fresh jalapeno
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz ginger water kefir
- 1.5 oz Irish whiskey (optional)
- Martini shaker
- Combine pineapple juice, ginger water kefir, and optional whiskey in a shaker with ice and roll or shake gently to combine.
- Put a few cubes in a glass lay in the jalapenos and basil and pour into the glass.
- Serve and enjoy!!
