There is nothing more you can do for your body than support it with nutrient dense, whole, delicious food. I experienced how sensitive our bodies can be to what we put into them when I went from a  largely vegetarian,  high carbohydrate diet to an 80/20 paleo lifestyle that led to losing 100lbs.
