Steamer Sets
One of the ways we use our Instant Pots every day is to warm up leftovers using the steam function (have you ever wondered about the safety of microwave use?). If you've tried this putting your food in a glass dish or bowl, then you know that you can end up with excess fluid that has dripped into the food.

*We aren't the biggest fans of coated pans, but if that's not a concern for you, this is an option for you.
Instant Pot® ACCU SV800 Sous Vide Immersion Circulation
This isn't exactly an accessory, although it is the right height to fit in the Instant Pot inner liners.
Actually, if you're using the Instant Pot Ultra model then you can use it as a sous vide of sorts: the “Ultra” setting allows you to cook with 3-5 degree accuracy (so not quite as foolproof as the Accu SV800).
