This flavored butter can add magic to grilled vegetables; BBQ’s steak; Paleo bread; whatever you can think of.
- 1 cup grass-fed butter (if possible)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (minced)
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- Let butter warm to room temperature.
- Cream with a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Now put it on anything to make magic
Wrap it up in cling-wrap in a log-shape so that it’s easy to cut a slice off when needed, and store in the freezer.
