This is a work in progress, and we'd love your help. So please reach out with updated links and Canadian resources that we've missed. Are there any paleo staples that we've missed?
We also appreciate any feedback, tips, and experiences that you've had. Thanks!
Resources for Being Paleo in Canada

Beautycounter – We are so impressed with this company (which is why we are still selling their personal care products – and using them daily).
They are really working to make the cosmetics industry in the US and Canada (yeah, not just their own practices!) non-toxic while still delivering high-quality performance.

Just Thrive – Their probiotics are unlike others on the market. Because they are spore-based probiotics, your digestive system doesn't kill them before reach your intestines.
Microbiome is an incredibly important part of our health – and this probiotic works to strengthen it.
Just Thrive has other health supplements, including Vit K2-7, prebiotics, enzymes to help with gluten digestion, immune support, and probiotics for pets.
Enjoy a 15% discount as our reader with coupon code “PRIMAL15“.
*Unfortunately, they still haven't found a partner distributor in Canada. They will deliver to us, but there are sometimes delays at the border.

Organo Gold Coffees & Teas – This is an easy way to boost your health: morning coffee or tea with red reishi.
Red reishi (aka ganoderma) mushrooms boast antioxidant, immune-boosting, and anti-inflammatory properties.
How's that for a morning boost in your cup!?

Xero Shoes – There are very few places north of the border that carry minimalist shoes. Thankfully Xero ships their barefoot shoes to Canada at a reasonable price.
We love the Z-Trail sandals. The company is great and the owner is also a really caring guy.

MyGreenFills – This company is so considerate. Nontoxic laundry detergents and other laundry-related stuff, as well as other non-toxic cleaners (bathroom, kitchen, etc, hand soap).
Plus you reuse the laundry soap jugs so you cut down on plastic pollution!
Definitely check out their 50 free loads offer.
The cost to ship to us is like $30 but they pay half of that!! Who else is doing that for us?! Makes my heart melt…

Native Deodorant – Non-toxic deodorant that works! Check out my review from trialing it in INDIA! Native deodorant actually contains probiotics that help keep your pits healthy – and prevent stink!
They also have a charcoal toothpaste that tastes great and leaves your mouth feeling so fresh and so clean-clean! And it doesn't have the ingredient sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), which means you can drink orange juice (or red wine) after and it won't taste bitter!!!
Use coupon code “health10“. Also, get 25% off with an order subscription.

Real Plans – This is a meal planning app that allows you to adjust for diets, schedules, and tastes!
Plus they have Paleo and Keto meal plans.

Ketchup by Good Food For Good – Love this stuff! So good, and sweetened with dates. They have other wonderful paleo-friendly sauces as well.
These sauces are crucial for being paleo in Canada!
Plus the owner, Richa, is super sweet, has a great story, and is doing beautiful things for humanity with a Buy-One-Feed-One program that benefits people in Canada, India, and LA.

Free Range Meats – I know, our meet situation is way better than the US, but it's still important to find quality ethically raised/butchered, grass-fed meat sources when living Paleo in Canada.
Check out this website to find free-range grass-fed meat, eggs, and dairy near you. Take a look at their criteria.

Instant Pot – If you haven't discovered the magic of electric pressure cooking, it's high time! There is a reason that these multi-functional devices are so popular!
BTW – Instant Pot started in Canada!
Shop and learn more at the Instant Pot website and use discount code “IPDesire“.

Vitamix Blenders – You already know that these blenders are the most amazing things ever, but have you seen the new designs? Shorter pitchers that will fit under the cabinets, plus new blending cups and bowls.
If you haven't witnessed a live demo of what these can do, you're missing out. Soup in minutes, healthy ice cream in seconds, and simple make-your-own nut milk.

Well.ca – From protein powders and bars to paleo flours, crackers, and collagen powders, Well.ca has all kinds of paleo goods for Canadians.

Costco – If you don't already know, Costco is a great place for Canadian paleo staples. And keto staples. I was even featured in the Costco Connection magazine!
Have you got into the pork rinds yet? Sprinkle them with your favorite spices and you'll be in heaven. Also the best place for avocados in my experience.

Amazon.ca – OK, it's not a business that we're excited to market, but it is the place a lot of us need to turn to, so show us a little love and use our affiliate link when doing your shopping – no extra cost to you.
*tip – some products on the .ca site are way over-priced and even with the delivery and exchange costs they can still be cheaper through Amazon.com, so take a look there when the price seems too high.

I'm Hungry! – Our ebook is packed with healthy recipes, tips, tricks, and tools to help you change and improve your eating habits. Plus, you can always reach out to us directly for more help.
Healthcare
MediMap – Walk-in Clinics' Wait-Times and Virtual Care – This service helps you find local walk-in clinics, see what their wait-times are, and some have the option of signing in from home!
They also offer immediate online access to doctors via secure video calls with their Virtual Care.
LetsGetChecked offers home testing kits that are then sent back to their labs for analysis. No need to wait for an hour in a lab.
Some available tests include hormone, vitamin, thyroid, sexual health, iron, cortisol, celiac, diabetes, Lyme disease, cholesterol, PSA, and others.
As part of our tribe, you get 20% off with discount code “PRIMAL20“!
my ehealth – Lab Results – Available for residents of BC and Ontario, my ehealth allows you to see your lab results without needing to see your doctor.
They indicate which labs are outside of the normal values and which ones are considered normal. This can be a huge time-saver as it may save you from needless appointments with your doctor.
***Be sure to have a plan in place with your doctor ahead of time in case (s)he still needs to see you regardless of the results.

Canadian Paleo Bloggers
There aren't many of us Canadian Paleo recipe bloggers around, so show some love to these lovely ladies:
From Pasta to Paleo – Toronto-based Leslie-Anne is a chef and former carb-addict who shares her journey and lots of great recipes.
Pure & Simple Nourishment – Our friend Dr. Erin Carter, a specialist in internal medicine and rheumatology, shares her struggles with her own health. P&SN also has beautiful paleo recipes.
Is that all? The others that I found have been inactive for years. Please let us know of any others that we may be missing.
