Paleo Creamy Coleslaw

Creamy coleslaw without dairy, a great way to eat raw veggies!



  • 2 cups finely chopped or grated cabbage (grated broccoli stems are also fantastic in this)
  • 1 large carrot grated
  • 1/2 small onion diced
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp paleo ranch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine grated cabbage, carrot and onion in a bowl.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar, paleo ranch and water, stir well.
  3. Let sit 20-40 min and stir well, add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
