Description

It’s shocking that these ingredients can result in a hummus flavor, but it does. And it’s great!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower (cut, steamed or boiled, and cooled)
  • 56 heaping Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 12 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/21 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Notes

This hummus is a fantastic dip. Steamed broccoli is a great match.
