Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 tsp capers
- 2 sardines diced
- 1 pints of canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp diced oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 Tbsp basil
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives, whole or sliced
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil into a pan and saute the onions and garlic until they are translucent and fragrant.
- Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer for 10 minutes and serve over vegetable noodles.
