Description
Port roasted figs pair perfectly with rosemary and pork!
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 fresh or dried figs
- 2 oz port
- 1/2 tsp honey
- sprinkle salt
- sprinkle cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Half figs place in an oven safe dish.
- Drizzle honey, and sprinkle with salt and cinnamon.
- Pour port over everything and roast for 35 minutes.
- Enjoy!
