Port roasted figs pair perfectly with rosemary and pork!



  • 6 fresh or dried figs
  • 2 oz port
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • sprinkle salt
  • sprinkle cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Half figs place in an oven safe dish.
  3. Drizzle honey, and sprinkle with salt and cinnamon.
  4. Pour port over everything and roast for 35 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!


Port roasted figs are also amazing on a cheese board or roasted garlic
