This Keto Chicken Wings recipe is super quick and easy. With a delicious middle eastern flare. Sometimes I crave those Mediterranean flavors, and these chicken wings nail it.
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tsp ground sumac spice
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Add chicken wings, 1 tsp sumac, 2 tsp garlic, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp salt to a large bowl, thoroughly toss the chicken wings until well coated.
- Bake 35-40 min until wing are cooked.
- Combine 1 tsp sumac, 1 tsp garlic, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt, and parsley, combine and toss the cooked wings in the mixture before serving.
Top or garnish with Sumac marinated red onions!
