Sumac Chicken Wings – Keto Chicken Wings Recipe

Description

This Keto Chicken Wings recipe is super quick and easy.  With a delicious middle eastern flare.  Sometimes I crave those Mediterranean flavors, and these chicken wings nail it.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tsp ground sumac spice
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. Add chicken wings, 1 tsp sumac, 2 tsp garlic, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp salt to a large bowl, thoroughly toss the chicken wings until well coated.
  3. Bake 35-40 min until wing are cooked.
  4. Combine 1 tsp sumac, 1 tsp garlic, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt, and parsley, combine and toss the cooked wings in the mixture before serving.

Notes

Top or garnish with Sumac marinated red onions!
