Cashew cheese can be done ahead of time, Everything is better with cheese in my opinion, even this non dairy and vegan version brings something to the table



  • 2 cups raw cashews (soaked in water for 48 hours and drained)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
