Dark red cherries and rich cacao make this spooky smoothie a nutritious way to start the day. Paleo Cherry Chocolate Smoothie.
I have so much food in my fridge. It is full. I could feed a family of 4 for a week. But tonight after working all day and the gym, I got take-out. I know, Ugh. I should have come home and cooked. I bought this food and I will feel monumentally guilty if it goes to waste. But I just can't seem to bring myself to cook today. Sometimes that happens, that desire to not cook. I refuse to feel guilty about it, I made a good choice, curried lamb, then I came home and heated some cauliflower rice. I did use some of the food in my fridge, thank goodness for prepped and portioned “rice”.
Unfortunately, after making a good choice and eating well for dinner, I found some peanut butter candy and ate half a box. Now I feel sick. Way to go Holley, way to go. What do you do when you slip up or make a bad food choice?
I should have made a Paleo Cherry Chocolate Smoothie. It's sweet and spooky, and oh so juicy. Enjoy! It actually tastes better if you practice your evil laugh between sips. Honest!
